On October 2, 2013 the Guelph Police received a complaint from a 22-year-old Guelph female regarding a sexual assault that occurred on September 28, 2013. As a result of police investigation a 22-year-old Guelph male has been arrested and charged with sexual assault. The two involved individuals were known to each other. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing on October 3, 2013.
