On October 3, 2013 at 8:42 a.m., the Guelph Police attended to Victoria Road at Eramosa Road for the report of a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle. Investigation alleges that the pedestrian crossed the road against the light and was struck by the vehicle. The pedestrian received minor injuries and was also charged under the Highway Traffic Act with pedestrian disobey don’t walk” signal.”
