Timothy Watson – Drunk Driving

(ST.MARYS, ON) On Saturday October 02, 2010 at approximately 9 a.m. a Perth County OPP officer while having a vehicle stopped on Queen St. East in St.Marys spoke to the driver. An odour of an alcoholic beverage was detected on the driver’s breath and as a result he was given a roadside breath test which he subsequently failed. The driver was transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville where he provided breath samples resulting in readings of over .80 mgs. on the Intoxilyzer.

Timothy Watson (40) of St.Marys was charged with operating a motor vehicle while having in excess of 80 milligrams of blood alcohol content. He is to appear in Stratford Criminal Court on November 08, 2010 to answer to this charge. He was also served a 90 day drivers licence suspension.
