(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Saturday October 02, 2010 around 4:30 a.m. a Perth County OPP officer observed a vehicle with a defective rear light. The vehicle was stopped on Line 53 South-West of Monkton.
A routine driver’s licence check indicated that the male driver was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle. The driver was arrested, and while searching him illegal drugs were found.
Ronald Kirkbride (31) of Barrie has been charged with disqualified driving, possession of cannabis marihuana-under 30g, possession of cocaine, breach of probation X2, and driving while under suspension. The male is being held in custody until his bail hearing which is scheduled for Monday October 04, 2010.
