Shortly after 9:00 a.m. yesterday morning, police responded to a two-vehicle collision on Victoria Avenue at Grand Avenue East. A 63-year-old woman was traveling southbound on Victoria Avenue when she failed to stop at the red light and struck an 80-year-old man travelling westbound on Grand Avenue East. Total damage was estimated at $10,000. Neither driver was injured.
The woman was charged with disobeying a red light.
