On October 9, 2013 at 10:13 pm, Barrie Police officers attended a Browning Trail residence regarding a disturbance. Officers arrived and found 3 brothers that were intoxicated and became involved in a physical altercation.
Officers arrested a 47 year old inside the residence for breaching the peace. He was transported to the Barrie Police Service and held overnight.
