The vehicle, which was hauling a small utility trailer, had left the roadway and struck a support wire for a hydro pole before rolling onto its passenger side. The lone driver was not injured.
After an odour of alcohol was detected, the driver was given a road side breath test which registered a fail” on the approved screening device. He was arrested for impaired driving and was transported to the Wiarton detachment for breath tests. The driver failed to provide a suitable breath sample as required.
