The Guelph Police continue to receive reports of theft from cars. Eight more reports have come in over the long weekend. The locations were Victoria Road North, Conroy Crescent, Heath Road, Stanley Street, Memorial Crescent, Woodlawn Road East,Emma Street and Carnaby Crescent.
A 19-year-old Georgetown male was arrested and charged for three counts of theft under, possession of stolen property, obstruct police, escape laful custody, breach recognizance and possession of a controlled substance. This relates to the vehicle entry on Emma Street. The male has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
