On October14, 2013 at 4:58 p.m., the Guelph Police were working at the Tiger Cat game at Alumni Stadium and were dealing with two disruptive females. Police attempted to remove the one girl when the second lunged at the officer, putting her hands to his throat. A second officer assisted and removed the female from the officer. That female then also punched the second officer in the face area. The female was placed under arrest. During her arrest the female also told one of the officers that she would kill him. Neither officer required medical attention due to this altercation.
Kara ODDI, 22 years of Hamilton has been charged with two counts of assault police and uttering death threat. She will appear in court on November 22, 2013.
