(KINLOSS TWP, ON) – On October 10th, 2010 at 9:52 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer observed a vehicle travelling along County Road 1 in Kinloss Township with no licence plate light. The vehicle was stopped and the officer discovered that the driver didn’t have a valid licence. 63 year old George BOTHWELL of Meaford is charged with Drive motor vehicle – no licence.
