(CARRICK TWP, ON) – On October 10th, 2010 at 9:41 am, members of the South Bruce OPP were conducting R.I.D.E. on County Road 3, Carrick Twp when a Grey Mercury Sable tried to avoid the checkpoint. Officers stopped the car and found that the male driver had been drinking alcohol.
45 year old Donald PATTON of Mildmay is charged with Over 80 mgs, Drive with no Insurance, Drive motor vehicle with out a validated licence plate and Drive motor vehicle with open container of alcohol. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on November 15th, 2010 to answer to the charges.
