(BRANT TWP, ON) – On October 11th, 2010 at 6:50 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer patrolling along County Road 3 in Brant Township observed a Ford Ranger travelling at more than 50 km/h over the posted speed limit.
The vehicle was stopped and the male driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. 65 year old Donald LAKE of Paisley is charged with Over 80 mgs and Race a Motor Vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on November 22nd, 2010 to answer to the charges.
