On Friday, October 11, 2013 at 11:47 p.m. a male entered the Shoppers Drug Mart located at 1118 Adelaide Street North. The suspect demanded money and fled the area with a small amount of cash. No weapon was seen and no one sustained any injuries as a result of the incident.
On Saturday, October 12, 2013 at 2:06 p.m., the accused was arrested without incident.
As a result of the investigation, Terrence Arthur McNally has been charged with robbery, contrary to section 343(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
Terrence McNally remains in custody with a court date of Wednesday, October 16, 2013.
