Michael SINCLAIR – Drunk Driving, Ditched Vehicle

(ELDERSLIE TWP, ON) – On October 20, 2013 at 8:15 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a Green Chrysler 300 in the ditch along the Elderslie-Arran Town line. Officers arrived to find that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 25 year old Michael SINCLAIR of Arran Township has been charged with Care or control over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 25, 2013 to answer to the charge.
