William Thyssen – Drunk Driving

(Morris Turnberry, ON) On October 23, 2010 just before 10:00 pm, a Huron OPP officer initiated a traffic stop on London Road near Belgrave. Upon speaking to the driver, the officer formed the grounds to demand that the driver provide a roadside sample of his breath. The driver complied and failed the test. He was arrested and taken to the Huron OPP Detachment where he met with a qualified Intoxilizer Technician to provide two more samples of his breath. The results of the tests confirmed that the driver had a blood alcohol level above the legal limit of 80 milligrams.

As a result of the investigation William THYSSEN (49) of West Lorne has been charged with one count of Drive With Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. He will answer to his charge in the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on November 18, 2010.
