James PHAROAH – Drunk Driving, Asleep Behind The Wheel

On October 30 2013, at 10:19 p.m., the Guelph Police attended to a parking lot located on Stone Road between Victoria Road and Watson Parkway to assist Bylaw officers with a male who was sleeping in a motor vehicle. The motor vehicle was still running and the head and tail lights were on. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.

James PHAROAH, 43 years of Guelph has been charged with care and control-over 80mgs. He will appear in court on November 15, 2013.
