Brayden WRAGG – Drunk Driving

(BLUEWATER, ON) – A traffic stop just after 9:30 p.m. on October 25, 2013 has led to the arrest and charge of a 20 year old driver from Zurich. A concerned citizen reported to police they had observed a suspected impaired driver leaving northbound from Grand Bend on Bluewater Veterans Highway. Officers were able to locate the suspect vehicle on Mary Street in Zurich.

Officers spoke with the driver and detected he had been drinking alcohol. A roadside test was administered and the driver registered a Fail. He was arrested and transported to the Huron OPP Detachment for Breath Tests. He provided two samples of his breath; Both were over the legal limit.

As a result, Brayden WRAGG, 20, from Zurich has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. He has a court appearance scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Exeter on November 28, 2013. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his motor vehicle has been impounded for seven days.
