On October 31, 2013 at 7:30 p.m., the Guelph Police attended to the intersection of College Avenue and Edinburgh Road for a cyclist/vehicle collision. Investigation alleges that the cyclist was travelling in the crosswalk and struck the vehicle. The cyclist, a 21-year-old Guelph female, has been charged under the Highway Traffic Act for riding in a crosswalk.
