The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man for breaching his release conditions.
This morning, shortly after 3:00 a.m. officers attended an address on Grand Avenue East in Chatham in regards to a loud music complaint. The man answered the door and officers investigated the complaint. Through investigation, the officers learned that the man, who does not live there, was bound by a curfew condition to be in his residence daily between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
The 32-year-old Chatham man has been charged with failing to comply. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
