On September 11, 2014, the woman was released from custody with conditions. One of those conditions stated that she was to notify police in writing of any change of address. On September 18, 2014, police learned that the woman had moved so a warrant was issued for her arrest for the offence of failing to comply. She also failed to attend court on October 1, 2014.
Last night, police located the woman on Queens Line and she was arrested on the outstanding warrants. The 35-year-old Chatham woman has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
