A 22 year old man from Wallaceburg who had an outstanding warrant for his arrest turned himself in at police headquarters in Chatham at about 11am on Thursday the 20th of November 2014. Cody LAPOINTE faces several charges, including Mischief, causing a disturbance, uttering threats to damage property x2 and indecent act. He was released with a future court date to answer to the charges.
