On November 2nd, 2014, the Guelph Police entered into an investigation as a result of a complaint of a male who was peeping into a residence late at night in the area of Caledonia Street. Through investigation, it was learned that the accused had engaged in this activity beginning in July, 2014.
A 27 year old Guelph male has been charged with two counts of voyeurism and two counts of trespass by night. He will appear in court on January 9th, 2015.
The investigation is ongoing.
