Christopher BARTRAW Arrested For Threatening Ottawa Mayor

(Ottawa) West District Investigators arrested and charged an Ottawa man for threats against OC Transpo and Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson this weekend.

The man was using OC Transpo Transit Station Emergency Call Boxes to make threats.

On Saturday, December 6, the man was arrested at the South Keys Transit Station by Ottawa Police with assistance from OC Transpo Special Constables.

Christopher BARTRAW, 27 years old of Ottawa was charged with three counts of Uttering Threats and three counts of False Messages. He was held for a show cause hearing on December 7, 2014 and was subsequently released on a Recognizance of bail.
