The City of Owen Sound, through its Development Charges Ad Hoc Committee, will be hosting an Open House and Public Information Centre on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at the Bayshore Community Centre, 1900 3rd Avenue East. Doors open at 6:30p.m. and a formal presentation will commence at 7:00 p.m. followed by discussion, and a question and answer period.
