Barrie Police are pleased to report Shawna Starnio has been located and reunited with her family.
On December 11, 2014, at approximately 8:30 pm Barrie Police were able to contact Shawna Starnino, via a social media website.
Shawna indicated that she was in the south end of Barrie, awaiting her mother.
Barrie Police attended the family’s home address and spoke with Shawna who advised she had been staying with a friend after a dispute with her family.
She was found to be in good health and very resourceful for her actions.
