On December 14, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. the Guelph Police went to the Scottsdale Drive area for a collision. It is alleged that a black 2004 Ford struck a 2008 Kia while travelling southbound on Scottsdale Drive near Janefield Avenue. A 7-year-old passenger of the Ford, and the 62-year-old driver of the Kia were transported to Guelph General Hospital with minor injuries.
The 17-year-old driver of the Ford was charged with careless driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
