(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Sunday, December 14, 2014, Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received reports of a number of damaged mailboxes in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
A total of five (5) mailboxes located on Grey Rd. 4, Sideroad 35 and the Osprey-Artemesia Townline were found damaged as a result of shotgun blasts. The damage had occurred sometime overnight.
Discharging a firearm from a vehicle is an offence, as is causing unlawful damage to property. Residents are urged to contact police to report any suspicious person(s), vehicle(s) and or activity.
