On January 7, 2015 at 2:12 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop on Wellington Street West at the Hanlon Expressway overpass. After speaking with the male driver, a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. The driver failed this test and was arrested.
Timothy SNELGROVE, 40 years of London, has been charged with drive over 80mgs and also under the Highway Traffic Act for driving while under suspension. He will appear in court on January 23, 2015.
