On January 17, 2015 at 9:00 p.m., the Guelph Police went to a business on Huron Street after security personnel caught a male inside the building. Investigation determined that the man had entered through a previously broken window to escape the cold weather. The 54-year-old Guelph man was charged with trespassing under the Trespass to Property Act and released.
