(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) – A 34 year old male, a resident of the Municipality of North Perth was served a three day driver’s licence suspension following an early morning traffic stop on Saturday January 24, 2015.
Shortly before 2 a.m., a Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a pickup truck on Davidson Ave. North in Listowel. Upon speaking with the driver the officer noted that the driver had been drinking alcoholic beverages. A roadside breath test was conducted and the driver was found to have a blood alcohol concentration (B.A.C) from .05 to .08
