On January 26th 2015, Barrie Police were called to a Mapleton Dr address for a domestic assault.
Police learned the husband had slapped his wife and fled his home after Police were contacted.
On January 27th, Police located the male near his residence and arrested him for domestic assault.
He was transported to the Barrie Police Service and held for a bail hearing.
The victim suffered minor injuries.
