On January 29, 2015 at 12:47 am, Police responded to the area of Wilson Ave and Franklin St for a male wearing shorts with no shirts and shoes standing in the middle of the road. Police had also received information from a nearby homeowner that their window had been smashed by this man. Police located the male and apprehended him under the Mental Health Act. The male faces charges of Mischief Under $5000 and Assault Police.
