-On January 31, 2015 at 12:57 a.m., the University of Guelph Police observed a possible impaired driver on Gordon Street and conducted a traffic stop. The officer spoke with the male driver, it was determined that he had been drinking alcohol and he was arrested.
Raphael Vallecillo, 61 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80mg. He will appear in court on March 6, 2015.
-On January 31, 2015 at 1:24 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle on Edinburgh Road South near Municipal Street. Police spoke with the female driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. She failed this test and was arrested.
Emma Brazier, 24 years of Guelph has been charged with drive over 80 mg. She will appear in court on March 10, 2015.
-On February 1, 2015 at 3:36 p.m., the Guelph Police received the report of a possible impaired driver in the area of Stevenson Street North. The vehicle and driver were located and a traffic stop was conducted. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Gregory Fletcher, 49 years of Guelph has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on February 17, 2015.
