With the assistance of the public, Guelph Police have arrested a 34-year-old Guelph male in relation to the fire at a unit on Greengate Road on January 31, 2015. He is charged with arson causing bodily harm, possession of incendiary material, and utter death threats. He will appear in bail court today, February 2, 2015. The female victim remains in critical condition while a male resident was treated at Guelph General for minor injuries and released.
