(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Thursday January 29, 2015, Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were contacted by a West Perth resident who reported his vehicle broken into and items removed.
Investigation revealed that sometime between 2 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on Thursday January 29th unknown person(s) forcibly entered the locked pickup truck which was parked behind the “Dollar Haven†store, north of Quebec St. in Mitchell. A red Lincoln MigPak 10 welder and a black Xbox 360 console were removed from the passenger compartment of the vehicle. The value of the stolen items is estimated at $470.
