(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) Upon the completion of the investigation into the Tuesday January 20, 2015, collision involving a pickup truck and a pedestrian in Listowel, the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has laid a charge against the driver of the pickup truck.
John YUNGBLUT (57) of the Municipality of North Perth has been charged with the offence of “fail to yield to pedestrianâ€, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario. He is scheduled to attend at the Provincial Offences Court in Stratford on April 10, 2015 to answer to this charge.
