(BRANT TWP, ON) – On February 27, 2014 at 9:50 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Bruce County Road 4 in Brant Township stopped a Silver Hyundai Accent. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 56 year old Kenneth POT of Waterloo has been charged with impaired operation, operate over 80 milligrams and drive while suspended. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 23, 2015 to answer to the charges.
