Location: NEW JERUSALEM RD, WOOLWICH, ON Canada
At 8:38am on March 12, 2015 a 16 year old male was operating an industrial metal working machine at a business outside of Elmira when the machine cycled, crushing his right hand. EMS responded and the youth was taken by ambulance to Grand River Hospital to be flown by ORNGE helicopter to London Health Sciences Centre for treatment. Ministry of Labour was contacted and attended scene to investigate.
