On Friday, March 13th, 2015 at 3:09 p.m., members of the Guelph Police responded to the area of Paisley Road and Memorial Crescent for a report of a male with a pellet gun allegedly shooting at a second male. Police located two suspects walking along the railway tracks leading over the Hanlon Expressway. Both parties were arrested without incident. Police K9 was utilized to search the area and a pellet gun was located a short distance from where the parties were arrested.
At this time, no victim has come forward.
Police checked the hospital with negative results.
As a result of the investigation one male is being charged with breach recognizance (2 counts) and weapons dangerous. One female is being charged with obstruct police and breach of probation (3 counts).
