On Wednesday March 18, 2015 at approximately 1:10 a.m., the Guelph Police attended to a downtown establishment in relation to a complaint regarding the activities of a male and the use of an electronic device. Staff of the establishment detained the male until police arrived and commenced an investigation.
Joshua THOMPSON, 22 years of Guelph, has been charged with voyeurism. He is to appear in court on April 24th, 2015.
