(Ottawa) —In December 2014, the Ottawa Police Service Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) received information from York Regional Police that a suspect residing in the Ottawa area had made Child Pornography available, using an on-line file hosting service.
On Friday, January 9, 2015, a search warrant was executed at a residence in the Bells Corners area. Several computers and external digital devices were seized and forensically analysed.
Today, Theodore KOCORIS, 18 years old, of Ottawa was arrested and charged with:
Possession of Child Pornography contrary to s. 163.1(4) of the Criminal Code X3
Make Available Child Pornography contrary to s. 163.1(3) of the Criminal Code X2
He is scheduled to appear at court for a bail hearing on March 19, 2015.
