On March 20, 2015 at 9:35 p.m., the Guelph Police received a call about a possible impaired driver on Elmira Road. Police located the vehicle and driver on Elmira Road and a traffic stop was conducted. It was determined the driver had been drinking alcohol and he was arrested.
Andres Pabona, 51 years on Toronto has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on April 10, 2015.
