Barrie Police were called to the area of Leslie St for a female who was too intoxicated to pay her taxi cab bill.
Police found a female who was extremely intoxicated and unable to care for herself.
Police arrested her for her own safety and unable to find anyone to care for her, brought her to the Barrie Police Service to sober up.
A 29 year old Barrie resident was held till sober and issued a summons for being intoxicated in a public place.
