(ST.MARYS, ON) – As a result of damage caused at Little Falls School and the Pyramid Centre Aquatic facility on Saturday March 28, 2015 around 11 p.m., the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) released images of Pyramid Centre surveillance footage to the media on Monday March 31st.
As a result of this release, calls were received from the public enabling the Perth County OPP to identify a suspect. On Monday March 31, 2015, a male was arrested at his residence.
Colin SEDLEY (23) from St.Marys has been charged with two counts of “Mischief under $5,000.” contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He has been released on a Promise to Appear, and is to attend at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on May 11, 2015, to answer to these charges.
