(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) – On Saturday March 29, 2015 shortly after 2:30 a.m. a Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer located a Toyota Echo pulled over at the intersection of Perth Road 119 and Perth Line 56.
While speaking to the male driver of the vehicle the officer determined that he displayed signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville where he failed two Intoxilyzer Breath Tests.
Gregor GROLLEK (38) a Waterloo resident has been charged with the following Criminal Code of Canada offences:
– Care or Control over 80 mg
– Care or Control while impaired
The male’s driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle was impounded for seven days.
The male was released on a Promise to Appear and is to attend at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on April 27, 2015 to answer to the charges.
