The Toronto Police Service would like to inform the public of an arrest connected with the robbery of a financial institution.
It is alleged that:
– on Wednesday, March 11, 2015, a man wearing a scarf over his face entered a financial institution in the Weston Road and Lawrence Avenue West area.
– the man produced a hold up note indicating he was armed and demanded money
– the bank employee complied and the suspect fled the bank with a quantity of cash
– there were no injuries
On Thursday, April 2, 2015, the man was arrested by members of Hold Up and charged.
Adrian Milligan, 20, of Toronto, has been arrested and charged with:
1) Robbery
2) Wear Disguise with Intent
He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Friday, April 3, 2015.
