(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On April 9, 2015 at 11:35 a.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Highway 9 in Kincardine Township noted a Red Pontiac G5 moving at a high rate of speed. The vehicle speed was found to be more than 110 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was found to have a disqualified driver’s licence. Fifty-seven year old James McDONALD of Brockton has been charged with drive while disqualified, drive while under suspension, speeding and drive with liquor readily available. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 11, 2015 to answer to the charges.
