On April 24, 2015, police arrested a 47 year Kitchener woman in connection with an ongoing investigation into allegations that she befriended and then defrauded a Waterloo couple of money. The Kitchener woman was held for a show cause hearing on Saturday April 25, 2015 for two counts of Fraud and 3 counts of Breach Probation. Additional investigations are continuing.
