(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – A Hanover woman is facing multiple charges in relation to a domestic related incident last Friday night in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
On Friday, April 24, 2015 at approximately 8:15 p.m., the victim contact Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) requesting police attend his residence in Markdale when a female acquaintance had returned to his residence after causing damage to his residence and to his vehicle following a verbal argument.
Police arrived at the scene and located the suspect sitting inside her vehicle which she had used to ram into the victim’s vehicle several times. Both vehicles sustained damage to them. The 24 year old victim was not injured.
A 33 year old Hanover woman was arrested on charges of mischief over $5,000; mischief under $5,000, assault, breach of probation, and driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code. A bail hearing was scheduled for Monday, April 27, 2015.
