A 34 year old Barrie resident that was being sought by police after he was involved in an assault and uttering death threats against a roommate was located and charged with the mentioned offence.
The same individual was also being sought for breaking into a residence and for mischief to private property. The appropriate charges were also laid.
Further investigation also revealed that the male is on probation with a court order to be of good behavior and keep the peace.
Two further charges of Breach Probation were laid by the Police.
A total of six criminal charges were laid against the male.
The male was held for a Bail hearing.
